Brian has been a full-time knifemaker for the last 25 years. He specializes in making his own Damascus steel and does his own engraving, scrimshaw, gold inlays, mokume, and stone setting. Brian makes a wide variety of knife styles, both folding and straight. He also makes swords with a bainite microstructure. Brian offers heat-treating services for high carbon steels and high carbon Damascus. He will custom heat-treat, if requested, to bainite.
